Mila Kunis opened up about the moment her relationship with Ashton Kutcher turned from a friendship into a romance in the July issue of Marie Claire.

"One day, it just changed," Kunis said. "All of a sudden, it wasn't the same. And I was really proud of myself for acknowledging that."

The couple dated for two years before the Two and a Half Men actor asked for her hand in marriage and it was a very memorable moment for Kunis. "The best day of my life so far was the proposal. I cried. I was a mess," she said.

The Third Person actress added, "Not to discredit any relationships in my past, but this relationship is different."

Kunis dated actor Macaulay Culkin for almost ten years before they broke up in 2011. Kutcher was previously married to Demi Moore, 51, for six years and they finalized their divorce last November.

Kutcher and Kunis, who co-starred on That '70s Show and began dating in 2012, are expecting their first child together sometime this year. The Hollywood star also revealed her hopes for her future child, hinting that she plans to have more than one.

"I just don't want my kids to be a--holes. I feel like so many kids nowadays are," she told the magazine. "Both of us just want to have well-behaved, honest, nice children who people meet and say, 'That's a good kid.'"
