While Teresa Giudice, Joe Giudice and their camp have stayed quiet about rumors that circulate as their sentencing date draws near, one of their reps is breaking their silence on claims that Joe is deserting their family.

Teresa Giudice Meets With Minister Over Legal Troubles?

The Giudice's crisis manager, Wendy Feldman, spoke with All Things Real Housewives and dished on what was really going on in their New Jersey home.

For starters, she slammed rumors that Joe and Teresa were having issues because he abandoned their family just days before they are both sentenced on July 8.

Teresa Giudice Spends Time With Daughters Before Sentencing?

"It's absolutely not true. Joe is in good shape, working out and very, very together. In fact, he looks better than ever. The Giudices are currently in New York City and Joe will be with Teresa this Thursday at a Fabellini event, and at the kids year end soccer games on Saturday. As a couple going through a very tough time I am impressed as they really are closer than ever."

Feldman responded to rumors that Teresa was 'heartbroken' because Joe isn't spending his possible last days as a free man with her or their four daughters.

"Teresa feels like Joe should be spending every minute that he can with her and their four girls, but he's doing his own thing, doing stuff with the guys and she's getting really frustrated...She knows that they just have DAYS left with Joe and the fact that he wants to spend time away from the girls is heartbreaking for Teresa."

Teresa could get put in federal prison for up to 27 months while Joe could get up to 46 months. It's possible he will also get deported to back to Italy after he completes his sentence.
