Presumed 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton isn't too busy to enjoy some Dancing With the Stars now and then, and the former First Lady recently admitted who she was rooting for in this spring's Season 18.

Clinton sat down with Diane Sawyer for an interview this week, where the subject of Dancing With the Stars was brought up. A fan of the dance-competition series, Clinton admitted that she was rooting for pro dancer Maks Chmerkovskiy over five-time winner Derek Hough.

"I did watch it faithfully this season, and I really like both Maks and Derek, but I was very happy that Maks finally won," she admitted with a laugh. "I don't know what the man would have done with himself had he not. I was really worried."

Chmerkovskiy won for the very first time in the recently concluded season of Dancing With the Stars, taking home the Mirrorball Trophy with his celebrity partner, Meryl Davis.

Hough, on the other hand, had to settle for second place after winning two consecutive seasons and five times overall.

As for Clinton, the former Secretary of State and First Lady is probably too busy these days to participate in the show, but Wetpaint notes that her husband and former president Bill Clinton has been asked to compete several times but has turned down the offers.

Dancing With the Stars Season 19 premieres in fall 2014 on ABC, though the network has not yet announced a specific premiere date. It will be returning to its regular Mondays at 8 p.m. timeslot.
