Things are about to get more emotional on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars when Ryan Sutter makes a confession about his love life.

Cast Members Will Have To 'Continuously Forgive' Each Other?

On Thursday, Radar Online posted a teaser of the next episode when Sutter talks to counselors about his marriage to Trista. He's asked about what's not working for him where he cautiously admits what's been on his mind.

"I just feel like I can do a lot better," Sutter says as everyone closely pays attention. "I just want to be the person for my wife that she deserves."

Tanisha Thomas tells Sutter that he and his wife are "like the fairytale," which gets an agreement. Thomas then says that there's "always room to improve."

All of a sudden, Sutter is taken into another room that happens to be a morgue. He's brought there to identify his wife's "dead" body. When she's brought out, she has her hands clasped together as she lays down on the table and her husband bends down and whispers something to her.

"I love you," he quietly says. "I should have told you that more. I should have told you every day. I should have been the first to tell you every day."

He ends his speech by saying that he doesn't get to do it over, but he's sorry.

Trista's body is then moved back in while her husband wipes the tears from his face.

Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars airs on Fridays at 9 p.m. ET on WE TV.
