Yesterday, TMZ reported that Dennis Zine called 911 because the teen star, Justin Bieber,  was allegedly doing about 100 mph on the highway in L.A, and driving reckless trying to shake paparazzi. Now, latest reports say that Zine wasn't the only one who called police on the dangerous driver. According to TMZ, a total of 10 observers called the police on the fast-driving singer.

Bieber wasn't only putting his life in danger while racing down the highway. It is said that a member of his security team accompanied him on the high-speed joyride. Although he was clocked-in at only doing 80mph, could this be a serious problem for Bieber?

This isn't Bieber's first, or second time in trouble for speeding. According to law officials, last year, the "Never Say Never" singer was caught doing 90 mph in a Range Rover, which isn't considered to be the best choice of cars to speed in.  It is said that he paid the ticket off and was right back to normal behavior, never showing any signs of truly learning his lesson. He was pulled over just a couple of moths later, in October, for allegedly cutting off a CHP officer while driving his stylish Batmobile-themed Cadillac.

Justin's disregard for driving rules and regulations doesn't end there. Less than two months after his incident with the CHP office, he was pulled over once again, for making an unsafe left turn, in the same Batman themed car. He wasn't alone. He was pulled over along with two other cars, one of which belonged to singer-songwriter Sean Kingston. Everyone was let off the hook with only a warning.

With Justin's track record, people are starting to question if he has a speeding addiction, simply thinks he is above or the law, or both. However, fans are supporting the singer, arguing that he is targeted by law enforcement and should just be left alone.
