After Christine Chiu denied joining Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 5, a new report says that while Chiu isn't on the cast yet, the doctor's wife is being tested for the show.

Last week, Chiu was seen filming with Brandi Glanville at Vampire Lounge & Tasting Room in Los Angeles. The two were carrying Saks Fifth Avenue shopping bags and arrived separately.

Although no announcement was made, Radar Online is reporting that Bravo is testing Chiu for the cast. "Christine is definitely in the running to join the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," a source told the website. "She has the lifestyle producers are looking for, but there's something holding them back because this is the third season they've tested her for."

Chiu is the wife of famous Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Gabriel Chiu and he is reportedly friends with Adrienne Maloof's ex-husband Dr. Paul Nassif.

Radar also reports that producers are trying to find out who Chiu would be allies with if she does join Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. "Christine fits in really well," the source continued "It's just a matter of whose 'team' she'll be on and what sort of storylines she can bring to the show."

Season 4 was a rough one for many of the ladies, including Lisa Vanderpump who said she still wasn't sure if she wanted to come back.

"Well we're in talks. I have to say we're in talks," Vanderpump explained. "My initial reaction was, 'I would never.' That's just how I felt." Vanderpump said she had been asked back to RHOBH, but was trying to figure everything out.

Chiu had denied joining the cast previously on Twitter. "It's all rumors. Please stop spreading them. Much appreciated! xChristine"
