Countless rumors have swirled about Teresa Giudice's state of mind regarding her upcoming sentence for fraud charges; the newest speculates that The Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star is not concerned about jail time.

In fact, she has even promoted an extravagant party with her fellow Housewives co-stars Melissa Gorga, Dina Manzo and Amber Marchese slated for five days after her July 8 sentence.

She tweeted, "Fabellini will be flowing at our premier party July 13...details coming soon. XOXO."

The tweet has since been deleted, but not before fans could weigh in and comment on the post, calling out Giudice for getting ahead of herself.

One wrote, "someone doesn't think they are going to jail."

Another added, "Is the party at the Federal Prison? How about a jailbird theme?"

An insider said Monday, "She seems so confident that she is not going to be locked up on July 8! I guarantee she feels like she is probably going to get off. Teresa has been hoping that she will get off totally or will only get house arrest and it seems like she's trying to convince everyone that is what is happening."

While she awaits her epic sentence, Giudice plans to party it up at her next Fabellini event at New Jersey's Euro Lounge Café on June 21.

Giudice and her husband, Joe, are both scheduled to be sentenced on July 8. The couple pleaded guilty to serious fraud charges including bankruptcy and wire fraud. Teresa could get up to 27 months in federal prison while Joe is looking at up to 46 months. It is also possible that he will get deported back to Italy after serving his sentence.
