Kourtney Kardashian and her boyfriend Scott Disick welcomed a baby girl on Sunday and all of her sisters and mother were in the delivery room to witness the birth.

According to Toofab.com, Kourtney's sisters KimKhloeKendall and Kylie and mom Kris Jenner, stars of the hit reality show, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," joined her and Disick as she gave birth to Penelope Scotland Disick in Los Angeles at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

The announcement of the baby's arrival first broke on Kim Kardashian's website. She wrote the following message:

"Welcome to the world, Penelope Scotland Disick! Kourtney gave birth to a beautiful baby daughter on Sunday and the whole family is so thrilled to finally meet her! She is absolutely perfect! I am so excited to be an aunt again and can't wait to spoil little Penelope. I know Mason is going to be the best big brother in the whole world. Congratulations Kourtney and Scott. Xo"

The baby girl was born early Sunday and weighed in at 7 pounds and 14 ounces, according to E! News. Penelope Scotland Disick joins the reality tv couple's first child of Kardashian, 33, and Disick, 29, their two-year-old named Mason.

Kourtney, who had an all-natural birth told E! News , "Scott and I are overjoyed to welcome our precious angel Penelope Scotland Disick into our lives. We are forever blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably."

"It was a great. She had an easy delivery," Kourtney's mother Kris Jenner told E! News. "[Penelope] is so cute. She looks just like Mason. She's so beautiful. We are so happy."

According to several reports, Penelope will likely become a popular name for girls around the country.

As for the meaning of the name Penelope, naming website nameberry.com posted the following:

"[Kardashian] made it clear from her first pregnancy that she was going to break away from the family's K-name "kurse," which she did with her choice of Mason three years ago. Mason was then Number 34 on the popularity charts but is now the second most popular boys' name in the country -- and could well be in first place next year, and Kardashian gets much of the credit."

"And the same thing could happen with Penelope, a Greek classic [meaning "weaver"] that was given new life first by the sensual image of Penelope Cruz, and then by being the baby name choice of Tina Fey last year. Penelope -- long associated with the patient, long-suffering wife of Odysseus in Homer's "Odyssey" -- has been a 21st Century success story. It wasn't even in the Top 1,000 from 1976 to 2001, but has been climbing rapidly since then, and is now at #169."
