Bad news for Lisa Vanderpump. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is having some legal trouble after a former employee filed suit against her and her restaurant Villa Blanca.

Former employee Karina Bustillos accused manager Michael Govia of sexual harassment, including saying "inappropriate comments and sexual advances, including grabbing her wrists and trying to kiss her," according to Radar Online. Bustillos also claimed that Villa Blanca failed to do anything about it when she came to them with complaints.

Last week, the jury found no liability on Govia, but did say that Villa Blanca, Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd could be held accountable for the charges. Now, the jury has awards Bustillos $100,000 in punitive damages.

"We are in absolute shock at the amount of punitive damages that were awarded," Vanderpump's lawyer told TMZ. "Especially in light of nominal compensatory damages awarded and the lack of sufficient evidence. We plan to immediately file an appeal and are confident that we will prevail."

There is no word on if this lawsuit will be a part of Season 5 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, since Vanderpump has not confirmed if she will be back yet.

"Well we're in talks. I have to say we're in talks," Vanderpump told Entertainment Tonight about returning to the show. "My initial reaction was, 'I would never.' That's just how I felt." Vanderpump said that she has been asked back to the reality program, but she felt "beaten up" after Season 4. Vanderpump didn't seem to get along with any of the ladies last year, even former good friend Brandi Glanville.
