It looks as though things are just going from bad to worse for Bethenny Frankel. The former reality television star, who saw her daytime talk show Bethenny get canceled this year, is accused of being cruel and accommodating to her personal staff.

The SkinnyGirl mogul, who is also in the midst of a divorce battle with her soon-to-be ex-husband Jason Hoppy, apparently "explodes" often when around her staff.

"Bethenny has a HORRIBLE temper and she's CRUEL to her staff," a source says, according to Naughty but Nice Rob. "She'll explode and scream with no warning."

There's speculation that the single celebrity mom might be under pressure due to the stress she's been having because of her personal and professional life.

Meanwhile, it doesn't look like things are getting any better for her as she was recently "schooled" by Kathy Griffin at the Daytime Emmy Awards.

The funny woman let it be known that she is no fan of Frankel as she slammed her during her opening monologue at the Daytime Emmy Awards this past weekend.

Griffin talked about Frankel not wanting to be at the awards ceremony last year and how she was desperate to leave as soon as possible. "She did not want to be there at all," Griffin recalled. "She kept saying, 'I'm on the D-list like you.'"

And while Griffin says that she loved every minute she spent at the awards show last year while mingling with other stars, Frankel wasn't as excited about the experience. "She spent the whole evening asking, 'Can I go to the airport?'" Griffin said while adding, "I was thrilled to be there."
