Bethenny Frankel might no longer have a job on television, but that doesn't mean she can't find a position working behind the scenes. Rumor has it that the former reality television star is now "coaching" cast members of the Real Housewives of New York before their reunion show.

Is Bethenny Frankel Looking To Rejoin The Cast Of The Real Housewives Of New York?

Frankel has supposedly coached Aviva Drescher and helped give her tips to stay ahead of the game during the Real Housewives of New York reunion show.

"A lot of the ladies have coaches before they tape the reunion show. However, this season Aviva turned to the master herself, Bethenny Frankel," a source tells Naughty but Nice Rob. "Aviva did a great job at the reunion. Reminding Heather that she was not from 'the hood,' saying, 'Holla my ass.' She was also taught a reunion trick, stay silent while the other ladies attach each other."

Is Bethenny Frankel's Legal Battle With Jason Hoppy Causing Her Millions?

Meanwhile, things just seem to be going from bad to worse for Frankel as she is being accused of being "cruel" and un-accommodating to her personal staff.

The SkinnyGirl mogul, who is also in the midst of a divorce battle with her soon-to-be ex-husband Jason Hoppy, apparently "explodes" often when around her staff.

"Bethenny has a HORRIBLE temper and she's CRUEL to her staff," a source says, according to Naughty but Nice Rob. "She'll explode and scream with no warning."

Frankel's daytime talk show, Bethenny, was canceled last month after only one season on the air.
