One of the more significant actors to appear in NBC's superpower drama Heroes has silenced all rumors that he could be appearing in the upcoming 2015 reboot, Heroes Reborn.

Jack Coleman Is 'Back' As 'HRG' For Heroes Reboot

Milo Ventimiglia, who played Peter Petrelli throughout Heroes, has said that he won't be in Heroes Reborn, despite the return of one of his former co-stars, Jack Coleman, who played HRG.

One of Ventimiglia's followers on Twitter asked him if he was going to be in Heroes Reborn, to which he replied:

"Sadly no @mayersilencio, but I wish @JackColeman4RLZ and crew the best. I'll be watching. MV."

There have not been any casting announcements since the reveal that Coleman would be reprising he role as HRG, a.k.a. Horn-Rimmed Glasses (a.k.a. Noah Bennet) in the reboot.

Hayden Panettiere, who played HRG's daughter Claire Bennet in Heroes, has said that she will not be involved with the reboot either.

"I mean, we had nothing, nothing to do with it. It will definitely be interesting to see how they reinvent it," she said, saying that she was under the impression that series would feature "a whole new set of characters."

Many of the show's stars have gone on to become even bigger stars. Zachary Quinto, who played the villainous Sylar in the series, has starred in the billion-dollar Star Trek franchise while also appearing in American Horror Story. Kristen Bell, who played Elle in the series, has made several movies and voiced Anna in the massively successful Disney animated film Frozen.

Heroes Reborn is scheduled to air on NBC in 2015, though the network has not yet announced a specific premiere date. It will air as a 13-episode standalone miniseries.
