As the last leg of filming of Fast and Furious 7 is almost through, it seems like the cast of the movie still can't get over Paul Walker's absence.

Vin Diesel To Bulldoze Enemies In Fast and Furious 7

Vin Diesel reasserted how much he missed his friend yet again, posting a bittersweet ode to Walker on Facebook on June 26. Diesel posted an old picture of him with Walker at the 2002 MTV Movie Awards.

He captioned the picture with a long message that yearned for Walker:

Has anybody here, seen my old friend Pablo... Can you tell me where he's gone... he helped a lot of people, but it seems the good die young, I just looked around and he was gone...

Recently, inside sources told The Hollywood Reporter that Diesel had actually become a problem for production. The report went as far as to suggest that some of the crew wished they could use the CGI face replacement technology they were using to finish Paul Walker's parts for Diesel too.

"Vin spent a whole day in his trailer one day," said the insider. "The next day, they waited four hours for him. He called a meeting [May 28] of studio execs to his trailer for two-and-a-half hours to say, 'What the f- am I doing here?'"

Diesel seemed to have responded to the accusations as he wrote about missing Walker on set and how a pixellated Brian O'Connor will be far from satisfactory.

Diesel expressed distress over the whole idea of using CGI and how the challenge was "to not allow it to compromise" with what makes Walker's character so special.

Fast and Furious 7 will take off from where Fast and Furious 6 left off. Wan took over the director's role from Justin Lin, who announced earlier in last year that he will step away from directing the franchise.

The cast for the seventh installment reprising their roles include Diesel, Luke Evans, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Jordana Brewster. UFC Womens Bantam weight champion Ronda Rousey and ONG Bak star Tony Jaa will also star in the film.
