Even with all their humor and persistence, country singers Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are still battling divorce rumors. In fact, the rumor has spread so far and wide, some people actually think they've already split.

On Twitter last week, Shelton responded to one comment regarding his marriage, though he likely receives hundred per day. "did you get a divorced" asked @Brittneyfromeye.

Accustomed to such questions, Shelton played off the question's grammatical error in his response. "No, we're still marries..." Shelton wrote. His comment was favorites 3,300 times by fans. For someone of Shelton's social media popularity, the number is solid if not necessarily a new record.

Shelton and Lambert are known for dismissing speculation about their marriage through online humor, as well as outright rejection of the claims that their relationship is on the rocks or that they are expecting a child in the midst of separating.

The country couple married back in 2011 and have been fighting off the tabloids ever since. Back in April, Taste of Country reported that the couple is happy in their marriage, even if the media refuses to believe them. On April 16 they jokingly exchanged ideas via Twitter as to who would get the alcohol and the "imaginary" baby in the divorce.

Both Shelton and Lambert continue to back up the claim that their marriage is in a good place. It seems like it's just up to everyone else to believe them.
