Who Is Leaving The 'NCIS: LA' Team? Find Out The Shocking Answer For Season 6

The CBS drama left Callen (Chris O'Donnell) and Sam (LL Cool J) on a bomb-laden sub at the close of season 5, and the NCIS: LA premiere will pick up right where the finale left off. However, the cast and crew wrapped on season 6's first episode before closing down production for the summer, so Valentine will be riding the shockwaves as she directs episode 2.

"Working hard 2 create 4 S6," said executive producer John Peter Kousakis on Tuesday. "[Valentine] is Directing. She will ROCK! Watch for her scintillating spoils. I'll Tease soon."

'NCIS: LA' Season 6 Premiere Date Announced, Darker Story In Store For Callen & Co?

If "Deep Trouble: Part 2" produces the same amount of turbulence as last season's premiere, fans should prepare for a bumpy ride.

Callen and Sam aren't the only members of the Special Ops team in danger, however, although not everyone's predicament is quite as life threatening. Hetty (Linda Hunt) is in danger of losing her job due to the results of Kensi's (Daniela Ruah) Afghanistan mission, and the Densi pairing is under siege thanks to the reappearance of DEA Agent Talia Del Campo and her incessant flirting with Detective Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen).
