Kourtney Kardashian and her partner Scott Disick may be having a hard time selling the pictures of their newborn baby girl Penelope Scotland Disick, according to an expert.

An editor, who remained nameless, told the Huffington Post that Kardashian’s new baby isn’t such a big deal.

"It's been a long time since paying to secure exclusive images of a celebrity baby guaranteed huge sales," the editor told The Huffington Post. "Kourtney's second child isn't such a big deal. If it were Kim's baby, it might be different, but with the exception of hardcore fans no one is waiting to see what Penelope looks like."

Kardashian delivered her second baby on July 8.

Kardashian events and sightings are usually all the rage among the media. However, Kourtney's baby news seemed less important compared to issues like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' divorce drama.

It was reported that People magazine recently secured exclusive photo's of Maxwell, Jessica Simpson's first child, for $800,000. However, the issue was not very successful on the newsstands. Therefore, the chances of Kourtney and Scott scoring a hot deal for first photos are slim, according to the expert.

"She will be lucky if she gets $20,000 to $30,000 for the pictures," the editor said.

"The Kardashian craze has been over for some time now. Now a picture of Tom and Katie is worth more."
