The latest tabloid scoop is that country singer Blake Shelton is cheating on his wife and fellow musician Miranda Lambert with one of the contestants from NBC's The Voice.

Shelton has been a fixture on the series as one of the mentors since the program first started and caused quite a stir when he asked eliminated season two contestant Gwen Sebastian to sing back-up vocals for him on tour.

According to Fox, it was when the pair first teamed up for the duet "My Eyes" that rumors of an affair began to spread. Both Shelton and Sebastian have denied the allegation. Much to their annoyance, however, it has not stopped the speculation from containing.

"Honestly, I don't even look at any of the rumors," Sebastian told Fox on Wednesday, "We all think it's silly and stupid and we love each other".

The singer also added that she feels incredibly indebted to Shelton and Lambert for the kindness they showed her and the opportunity they gave her to really develop her career. "I don't know how I can pay back Miranda and Blake..." she admitted, "There's just cool people and I love them."
