Fuqua was in the limo accident alongside Morgan and a prayer vigil was set up in his honor yesterday in Jersey City, NJ. "We would just like to thank everyone for all of their prayers," Fuqua's mother Doris Fuqua told News 12. "Our son is improving. He's improving a lot." She said he is in "good spirits" and getting three hours of physical therapy each day. Fuqua also is being treated for brain trauma.

Fuqua's friends and family prayed for divine intervention to speed his recovery and for the driver of the Walmart truck that hit the limo, Kevin Roper.

Morgan and Fuqua were critically injured in a car crash on June 7, 2014 while riding in a limo on the New Jersey Turnpike. Roper's Walmart truck hit the limo that Morgan and his party were riding in. According to CNN at the time, Morgan suffered broken ribs, a broken nose and a broken leg. Morgan's friend and fellow comedian James McNair died in the tragic crash.

Morgan was last transferred from a hospital in NJ to an undisclosed rehab facility. "Tracy has been transferred to an undisclosed rehab center, where he is expected to remain for the next few weeks," his rep said, but adding that the 30 Rock star still has a long way to go. The Walmart driver, Kevin Roper was charged with vehicular homicide and assault by auto. Roper plead not guilty to the criminal charges. Roper is currently out on a $50,000 bond.
