The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo clan hasn't had the best of luck with their health this year, and another bout of illness struck the family during their Fourth of July vacation.

'Honey Boo Boo' Family Continues To Suffer From Car Accident, Pumpkin Visits Atlanta Doctor

Alana 'Honey Boo Boo' Thompson, Jessica 'Chubbs' Shannon, and 'Mama' June Shannon each feel under the weather while in Panama City beach, Fla., an event which caused the reality TV stars to cancel their fan meet and greet.

"Just wanted to tell [people] we [are] sorry for not having [a] meet n greet in PCB," Alana wrote on Facebook on Wednesday. "Me (Alana) and Jessica both got bad ear infections 2 days b4 [we] decided we was going to do the meet n greet and then my mom got sick so we spent the [rest] of out time just relaxing."

After the Shannon/Thompson family made their way back to their home in McIntyre, Ga., on Wednesday, Alana reported that she was back to her normal self while Mama June and Jessica were still feeling ill.

This rash of illness comes after Mike 'Sugar Bear' Thompson, Jessica, and a family friend were hospitalized after a trip to Orlando, Fla., and in the wake of Lauryn 'Pumpkin' Shannon's on going medical problems following the family's January car accident.
