Hollywood Life revealed the news recently after a source said, "They got some footage with Apollo and Phaedra surrounding the sentencing this week. Phaedra is coming back for Season 7. Not sure how this sentencing will affect things for her yet, though. Right now, she's with him and that's where things stand."

While some speculate that Nida's sentence will result in Parks filing for divorce, the insider continued and said it's very unlikely.

"That's her husband and the father of her children and she took her vows very seriously."

Nida was sentenced to 8 years in federal prison on July 8. He pleaded guilty to fraud charges including identity theft. He will also be subject to five years of probation after serving his sentence.

The terms of the probation were released recently. He is forbidden from getting any new credit cards and loans without his probation officer's approval. He will also have to undergo random audits of his money situation and provide the status of his finances anytime his probation officer requests it.

On top of that, he must pay $150 every month toward restitution for victims that were impacted. Any money he makes behind bars will go toward the judgement.

But it doesn't end there. He has been ordered to do 100 years of community service and cannot have any guns or dangerous weapons. He also has to pay to undergo a drug and rehab treatment program as well as random searches of his home and any property he owns. He also may not go to to any place where drugs and alcohol are sold illegally and cannot befriend convicted felons.
