Icona Pop rode the success of the song "I Love It" to notability in the United States, and now they find themselves hanging around with Miley Cyrus as they open for her on her Bangerz tour.

Miley Cyrus Disses Avril Lavigne?

Cyrus is one of the biggest stars in pop music these days, and there is always reason to be concerned about how a big star, let alone somebody who became a star as a kid, will behave on tour. However, according to a Monday post from E! News, the ladies of Icona Pop have nothing but good things to say about their experience opening for Miley.

They refer to Cyrus as being "super down-to-Earth and caring," and also consider her to be the utmost professional. As Icona Pop says, "She's the boss of everything and it's just very inspiring to be around someone who's having a lot of fun because she's doing stuff her way and with her friends and her crew, but in a very professional way." This should perhaps go without saying, but Cyrus is certainly known for some out there antics. The message here may be that those antics are pretty well thought through.

Icona Pop To Open On Bangerz Tour

It may not come off as surprising to fans that the women who sang the party anthem "I Love It" also find Cyrus fun to be around outside the dynamics of performing.

In their words, "She would never risk a show by going out the night before but if she was free the night after, she would definitely go out and have a good time."

Right now, it seems like they are enjoying one another's company, and that the girls of Icona Pop are able to learn something from a 21-year-old who has been through this many times over.
