The beef between Stevie J, Benzino and their ladies Althea Heart and Joseline Hernandez turned physical during VH1's Love & Hip Hop Atlanta taping Tuesday.

Benzino Blasts Stevie J and 'Prostitute' Joseline Hernandez, Says Marriage Is Fake

Witnesses on the set told TMZ  the foursome along with Wacka Flocka's mom and wife, Debra Antney and Tammy Rivera respectively, as well as Mimi Faust, were involved in an epic brawl. This was all because Benzino laughed at rumors that Stevie J and the self-proclaimed Puerto Rican princess are struggling with drug addiction.

While security guards were distracted by trying to stop Stevie J from attacking Benzino, Hernandez took to the opportunity to go for Heart. It all went downhill from there extremely fast. The site reports that weaves were pulled and torn out and once security was finally able to calm one melee down, another one popped up out of nowhere.

Even though the ladies were the center of each of the brawls, word is that a male security guard was attacked as well. In the end, the police were called. Cops and an ambulance showed up and treated more than three people.

It is not clear why or how Faust, Antney or Rivera got into the mix.

And of course, the cameras were rolling to catch it all. Benzino's issue with Stevie J was obviously still fresh. Just the day before, Stevie J posted a nude picture of Heart with the caption, "Lettuce anyone?" 

This does not even touch the surface of all the drama that occurred on the third season of the series. It will be interesting to see what happens as a result of the fallout between Faust and her boyfriend, Nikko Smith's sex tape, as well as Lil Scrappy and Bambi's beef with Erica Pinkett.

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta airs Mondays at 9/8c on VH1.
