Workout celebrity Jen Selter posted a new shot of her strong torso as a healthy way of starting off the week.

The picture that was added on Selter's Instagram page on Monday shows the model in a black top and shorts with orange and purple shoes. As her hair is tied back and waving down her shoulder, the model's abs are exposed along with her thick legs. Her hands are up as she faces downward, looking like she's ready for another hard workout. And based on the picture's caption, she wants others to get ready for that too.

Jen Selter Gets Classy With Family Member

Selter became famous on Instagram with her pictures of the work she puts in at the gym. Her hard abs, strong legs and curvaceous backside have become some of her biggest trademarks. Some images actually show her at the gym while some recent ones have shows her embracing the summer heat.

One snapshot shows her sitting on a towel by a pool in a white bikini. She puts one arm over her head as she poses like a professional model. Selter can be seen in another bikini shot where she's standing in a building where most of her skin is exposed. Her abs are portrayed once again along with her chest and thighs as she stares outside the window.

Selter has almost four million followers on Instagram, making her one of the most popular Internet celebrities.
