While Beyoncé and Jay Z get romantic for their On The Run tour, rumors swirl that the Halo singer has gone off on groupies that get too close to her husband back stage.

Beyonce Ready To Divorce Jay Z?

Beyoncé has apparently had enough of the mysterious, sexy women who somehow not only got backstage but were able to get into Jay Z's dressing room, which is connected to his wife's, All Hip Hop reported Monday.

An insider said Monday, "Jay had all these women in his room, and Beyoncé ordered everyone out. She called the women cockroaches and said they need to be fumigated. She gave death stares to every person as they filed out one by one."

New reports also claim that the couple does want to go their separate ways without actually filing the papers.

"They are trying to figure out a way to split without divorcing...This is a huge concert tour and they've already gotten most of the money from the promoters up front."

Word is that Jay Z understands the tension in their marriage is his fault, so he is doing everything he can to fix it. He hired marriage counselors that are touring with the couple as well.

The insider continued and revealed that the duo have been having problems for years.

"There are no rings, if you haven't noticed. For just a split moment, things got real for them and she was even talking about adding to the family. But, after awhile, Jay was out doing Jay and Bey was out doing Bey. They made the classic mistake of thinking a child would change everything and help to rekindle the initial fire, and it didn't."

Despite all of the rumors, Beyoncé posted a family picture of herself, Jay Z and their daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, on Instagram Monday.
