Teen Wolf's Deputy Parrish has a hefty price on his head, but the reason he landed a spot on Beacon Hill's supernatural hit list remains unclear.

Parrish (Ryan Kelley) has a $5 million bounty out on him courtesy of the Benefactor, and it remains unclear whether that price is so high because he is a cop or if it is because his paranormal abilities are so strong.

First introduced in season 3, Parrish has continued to draw a wary gaze from fans as his true reasons for moving to Beacon Hills remain a mystery. While Malia (Shelley Hennig) is convinced everyone would be safer if they left the California town, Parrish was oddly transferred there of his own volition.

If there is a possibility that Parrish is a psychic - something he seems so keen to label Lydia - than he is doing a terrible job. Crime in Beacon Hills should be at an all time low with a clairvoyant on the force.

Luckily, it looks like Teen Wolf is planning on giving the deputy plenty of attention in episode 9.

"Deputy Parrish might be the subject of an upcoming episode," tweeted Jeff Davis on Monday via the Teen Wolf twitter. "We titled it Perishable. Think that's a bad sign?"
