Reign has reportedly found itself a new character who might make a massive change on the series.

Actor Reveals What Bash Must Do To Keep Positive Relationship With Francis

The series has apparently casted a new actress named Camille Stopps. She will be playing a character named Estelle based on a tweet the actress wrote on Tuesday.

"Cast as Estelle for season 2 of @CWReign!!! #actor #recurring #Reign #Canada #film...Giving viewers a new perspective of the world...," Stopps wrote.

This ought to cause some fans to wonder what Estelle will be like since Stopps mentioned the word "recurring." If she's referring to her character, then that probably means that Estelle will be in more than one episode. This might also give something for fans to look forward to since they might indeed witness "a new perspective."

Torrance Coombs, who plays Bash on the series, gave his good remarks to Stopps's casting on Tuesday when he tweeted, "@cstoppsrun @CWReign Welcome aboard!"

When the new season begins, things might also get better between Bash and Francis, according to Coombs' interview with Digital Spy.

"I'm sure there'll be some tension there, but I think what we started to see toward the end of the season is an emotional understanding between Francis and Bash, and that maybe their relationship is going to be okay," the actor said. "With any luck, he'll have use for Bash around court because, really, Bash was there because the king allowed him to be, and wanted him to be."

Reign Season 2 is expected to premiere on Thursday, October 2 at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
