Fashion model Nina Agdal seemed to have herself a good workout in a new photo that shows off how hard she pushes herself.

The picture that was added to the model's Instagram page on Wednesday shows her in a selfie as she wears a white top and her hair pulled back. She has headphones attached to her ears as she looks into the camera with her piercing eyes. Her face and chest are covered in sweat that runs all the way down to her cleavage.

Agdal captioned the picture, "Late night sweat #whatyousweatiswhatyouget."

Most of Agdal's Instagram images tend to show off her sultry vibe while still keeping it classy. In one image, she wears a polka-dot dress in a black and white shot. Her blonde hair flows down her shoulder as she looks to the side.

In an interview with Elle, the model mentioned that there are no secret tips on how to get the perfect beach body.

"I [go to the] gym three to four times a week," she said. "I like Barry's Bootcamp because of the intensity. I mix up my workouts to make sure I get cardio, toning, and strengthening covered."

Agdal was on the cover of Sports Illustrated earlier this year where she posed with Chrissy Teigen and Lily Aldridge. Agdal mentioned how much fun she had with that even though there were some challenges.

"It was a bit of a challenge making sure all three of us were appropriately covered and that there was no hair in our faces because of the wind," the model said. "But it all worked out."
