As Transformers 4: Age of Extinction drew in the big bucks at the box office, talk of its sequel Transformers 5 is already doing the rounds. In a recent interview, the movie's producer Lorenzo Di Bonaventura spoke about what fans can expect from the sequel.

Title For Transformers 4: Age of Extinction Sequel To Be Galvatron Rising?

Bonaventura spoke to ScreenCrush about Age of Extinction's success, the wrath of critics and if certain characters might feature in the sequel.

The producer was asked some specific questions about Transformers 5, including if Unicorn and Galactus would be part of the mix.

While not giving anything away about the possibility of Unicorn being in the movie, he suggested that the character was definitely not a favorite of his.

"I mean, anything's possible," he said. "Me personally, I don't think Unicron is interesting at all. Because the scale of it becomes so difficult to be dramatic. I mean, Fantastic Four has their version."

He was also skeptical about Galactus, less for how riveting the object might not be but just the fact that it is huge, with little else to offer.

"And it was boring," he said of Galactus. "It's like a giant object. It doesn't have personality in a way - its scale overwhelms things. So, for me, I don't know. Michael is the kind of guy who can probably figure it out. I can't figure it out."

Earlier this year it had been revealed that Transformers 4: Age of Extinction was only the beginning to a new phase in the series, and a trilogy will be led by Mark Wahlberg. But there seem to have been talk of issues between Bay and Paramount as he has set the condition of working on a passion project, like Pain and Gain from last year, before getting toTransformers 5.

While Age of Extinction slayed at the box office it hasn't been much of a success with critics as it has gotten some pretty bad reviews pointing to a sensory overload with excessive use of technical, CGI mined wizardry and a lack of a strong plot, with the human characters almost rendered meaningless.

Transformers: Age of Extinction hit theaters on June 27, 2014.
