On July 24, TMZ reported that Lil Wayne was starting his own sports management company with Ronaldo as the first client. According to the website, Lil Wayne "has been wanting to get into the sports management game for a while and has had his sights set on the Team Portugal stud, not just because he's a huge sports star, but because they're friends."

The rapper's new company will reportedly be with PolarisSports, which is affiliated with the CAA agency and GestiFute, which Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes runs.

Ronaldo hasn't confirmed any news, but he did publicly declare his love for the rapper when he posted a picture with the Japanese Prime Minister's office and tagged him in it. "YMCMB with @jpn_pmo what you think @srod7 @liltunechi @euro," he wrote Thursday.

"My homie Christiano Ronaldo got the President of Japan throwing up Young money! He too real 4dat! Young Muulah baby!" Lil Wayne responded.

Lil Wayne hasn't publicly commented on this new report either, but he is a big sports fan. The rapper was just at the recent ESPY awards in Los Angeles.
