It looks as though Kate Gosselin is having a hard time finding help these days, and that's mostly because her former employees keep on dishing the dirt on how difficult it was to work with her. The reality television's star former nanny reveals that Gosselin often made it very hard for anyone to work in her home unless they abided by her rules, and her rules only.

Kate Gosselin Slams Rumors That She Bullies Her Family

A former employee is now telling media outlets that Gosselin had a list of rules in a manual book that her nannies and housekeepers had to abide by and that she had so many "pet peeves" that it was hard to get anything accomplished in her house.

"We always had to refer to the manual because it listed her pet peeves," one of Gosselin's former nannies tells E! Online in a new interview on Wednesday. "You couldn't put anything on the ground. You had to put shoes in a certain spot. You couldn't close doors loudly. You could only vacuum during certain times of the day if she was home."

The nanny added, "At nine o'clock, everything was done. Even if I was halfway through dishes, at 9 p.m. you had to stop. She told me her day ended at 9 p.m. no matter what was going on."

Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Gosselin made an offensive slur in a shocking email describing a mothers support group.

Robert Hoffman, who wrote the tell-all book, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World, says that Gosselin used the offensive word while describing an organization for mothers of multiples back in 2006.

According to Radar Online, Hoffman wrote in his book, "On December 31, 2006, Jon [Gosselin] forwarded Kate an email that he has received the day before from the coordinator of something called the 'MOST' forum (Mothers of Super Twins). The forum coordinator, Patti T. asked Jon if he would post something to introduce himself and his family to the forum."

The author added, "It is not clear why Patti T.'s email annoyed Kate, but her curt response to Jon about it is offensive. Kate said, 'These people are retarded."
