It looks as though Tamra Barney isn't having the best year as she's been constantly attacked by her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars and now it seems as though her home life is crumbling too. According to a new report, Barney might be headed towards a divorce as she and her husband Eddie Judge "are not in a very good place" right now.

The couple have apparently been arguing so much over the drama with their reality show, that it looks like they might be headed towards a divorce. Judge is also "sick" of the fights Barney gets into with her cast mates as well.

"Eddie was invited to go to the reunion but refused," a source tells Radar Online. "And Tamra was extremely upset about it."

The source added, "For Eddie, however, there was nothing to gain by going and it would have been a waste of his time. All of the over-the-top drama, including from his own wife, was just wearing on his nerves."

Bravo had even offered to pay for Judge to appear on the reunion show, but that still wasn't enough for him to go.

Meanwhile, Barney herself says she's tired of apologizing to her friends and enemies all the time. The reality star says that she's done enough apologizing this season and that the other women on the show need to give her a break, considering the amount of drama she's been going through in the past year.

Barney recently said, "I can say I am sorry until I am blue in the face," about all the drama she's been stirring with Shannon Beador, Vicki Gunvalson, and Heather Dubrow. The reality television star explains that the reason why she's been so difficult to work with is because of her family's personal situation and the tabloid rumors about her on the Internet.

"A few days before Ryan told me he was going to move in with Sarah I was served with legal papers that my ex wanted to modify custody," Barney explained on her blog. "A few days later it was all over the news. My kids' faces were splashed all over the tabloids with horrible headlines. My children, the one thing that means the most to me in the world, were being threatened. I had not slept in days and had been crying non-stop."
