When it comes to her on-screen personality, Abby Lee Miller has no problem admitting that she can be more than just a little demanding towards her students. In fact, the Dance Moms star even says that she is "scarier" in real life than she is on the television screen.

Abby Lee Miller Not Returning To The Show Because Of Her Lawsuit?

In a new interview with Australia's The Herald Sun, the reality television star says that she can sometimes be just as difficult in real life as she is on her show.

"I think I'm scarier in real life," Miller tells the newspaper. "What you see is what you get. People don't understand it is a cutthroat industry, so why not be upset and have a little tear and get yelled at by me in class than in an audition with 800 people and have a director humiliate you?"

Miller also responded to her critics who have slammed her for her "tough love" approach to her students by saying, "Turn the channel, watch somebody else."

Just this weekend, both Miller and Dance Moms star Maddie Ziegler have been posting photos from their trip to Australia on their social media accounts accounts only days before the premiere of Season 4 of the show.

According to both Miller and Ziegler, thousands of their Australian fans came out to watch them perform during their Master Class in both Sydney and Melbourne. Miller shared a photo with her fans in the background and captioned it with: "Thank you Sydney! The dancers in my master class were amazing! Dance teachers Down Under should be proud! #alcd #dancemoms #abbysbook @abbyleeapparel #thegangsallhere."

Ziegler also added on her Twitter account, "Over 1000 fans came out in Sydney, Australia! Amazing. #ALDC #ALDCtakesAustralia."
