Many fans seem to be accepting Tim McGraw's explanation of the incident that occurred during his recent Atlanta performance, but there is one woman who certainly has not put the whole thing behind her.

During the July 13 concern in Atlanta, McGraw was singing Truck Yeah on stage when a female fan grabbed his leg.

According to McGraw, the fan refused to let go of him and so he "swatted" a hand in attempt to free himself from her hold. Eventually McGraw freed himself, though his jeans were torn, and the woman was removed from the concert.

Billboard reported on Saturday that the fan is now considering legal action against the country star. The woman, whose name has been kept from the media, recently consulted lawyer Eric Hertz on the matter.

Hertz has stated that the fan would like an apology directly from the singer. She felt "humiliated" by the incident and that her gesture during the show had been the result on an "interactive environment" created by McGraw himself.

McGraw declared publicly on July 17 that the incident had been an "unfortunate" situation that he reacted to in the moment out of an instinct to protect himself. While he acknowledged that he did react to the fan, he maintains that he only "swatted" on the woman in an attempt to try and free himself and continue with the performance.

Hertz has declared that the fan may be pursuing a personal injury lawsuit against the country star.
