Austin Mahone just kicked off his headlining summer tour last Friday in San Antonio and is already feeling the love from his fans. But, how does the 18-year-old get pumped to go out on stage in front of all those people?

"I like to take some time to listen to music and get in the zone," Mahone told Radio Disney on Friday about his pre-concert rituals. "I like to drink a lot of water and then we always have a group prayer that we get into to hype each other up. Then we go out there and have fun on stage."

Mahone just launched his tour with opening acts Fifth Harmony, The Vamps and Shawn Mendes. His latest stop was in Dallas and he thanked his fans Sunday night on Twitter. "Dallas was turnt!! And my bracelet flew off but I found it so thank u!"

Mahone also told Radio Disney that his proudest moment so far was seen his EP The Secret hit number one on iTunes when it was released in May. "It was pretty crazy. I woke up and I saw my EP was number one and that's probably the best thing I've ever seen. It was amazing."

He's also proud of recording the song he wrote on the album called All I Need. "I'm proud of that since I wrote it and produced it myself."

Austin Mahone's next stop will be tonight in Phoenix.
