ABC has released the first official trailer for Thursday's highly anticipated episode of Rookie Blue, giving fans a look at just how bad Duncan Moore crossed Andy McNally in Deal With The Devil.

Oliver To Leave Andy Hanging So He Can Make 'A Deal With The Devil' Inspector Jarvis

In the clip, Duncan and Andy sit in a room with their legal teams during his dismissal hearing. Duncan's lawyer reminds everyone that he already gave a written statement of what happened between him and Andy, but added that there was a new piece of evidence in the case. She then accused of Andy breaking protocol and initiating contact with Duncan, which Andy denied immediately.

Still, Duncan gave his account and lied and said Andy did indeed reach out to him.

"I went to the Black Penny, our local bar to settle my tab and Andy saw me and started to talk me about the case. [It wasn't appropriate], but she wanted to bury the hatchet so I decided to let her talk."

Duncan had a hard time making eye contact with Andy but continued and said, "She admitted the whole thing was her fault."

Then the judge questioned Duncan about why Andy would put the blame on herself.

Duncan said, "I don't know. I guess she wanted to clear her conscious."

While Andy's lawyer tried to step in and claim that 'I don't know' and 'I guess' weren't acceptable grounds of evidence in his testimony, Duncan's lawyer went on to reveal they had a recording of the conversation.

Staff Sergeant Oliver, who is also Andy's friend, asked Andy, "What does he have on you?"

ABC also released a synopsis for the episode that reads, "When Duncan presents incriminating new evidence against Andy at his dismissal hearing, Oliver finds himself making the exact kind of professional deal he never thought he would be capable of making. Will Oliver give up his dream of returning to being a street cop to save Andy's career?"

Check out the sneak peek and tune in to Rookie Blue Thursdays at 10/9c on ABC.
