Is Lisa Vanderpump giving up on her restaurant empire? Not exactly, but according to a new report the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is looking to sell at least one of her three restaurants.

TMZ reported on Tuesday that Vanderpump had listed her Beverly Hills restaurant Villa Blanca for sale. Sources told the website that Hilton & Hyland (as in Rick Hilton) have the listing.

Vanderpump wouldn't admit she was selling the restaurant instead she told TMZ that she "merely wanted an appraisal because people have expressed interest in buying the joint."

But, another source told the site that "Hilton & Hyland have the deal and are actively looking for a buyer."

This comes weeks after the restaurant was involved in a lawsuit with a former waitress and told to pay $100,000 in punitive damages. Vanderpump has two other restaurants in the area, Sur Lounge and PUMP Lounge. Vanderpump hasn't mentioned the sale on her Twitter account so far.

Vanderpump is currently filming Season 5 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Bravo. The wife to Ken Todd admitted after last season she wasn't sure if she was going to come back to the show.

"Yes, last season was awful and I think the viewers were very uncomfortable about that and I did feel like quitting after that," Vanderpump said to E! Online last week. "But time is a great healer and after six months, I kind of reconnected with a couple of them and I thought, 'OK, I'll go back in.'"

The show is expected to come back in the fall.
