The complicated relationship between Piper (Taylor Schilling) and Alex (Laura Prepon) on Netflix's Orange is the New Black is about to become even more complex as Alex finds out that Piper is the one who turned her in.

Prepon spoke with TVGuide.com recently and revealed that Alex will be able to "see through her bulls--" Piper got Polly (Maria Dizzia) to tell Alex's probation officer that she was going to skip town, allowing Piper to not only protect Alex from being killed by her former boss but to get her back in prison with her.

"When Alex does find out, she's going to know why [Piper] did it and it will be really interesting," Prepon teased.

The relationship between them is an ever-changing dynamic, considering Piper blamed Alex for being in prison in the first place, after which she reconnected with her. Then in the Season 2 premiere, Alex double-crossed Piper and was able to get out of prison. This was followed by Alex expressing her concern to Piper about being watched, which led to Piper enlisting Polly to get Alex back with her.

Prepon previously told TVGuide.com that there would be another big shift in their relationship in Season 3.

"In Season 2, there was definitely a shift and already in Season 3 there's another shift," she said. "So there's this constant thing that keeps changing. That's why they're so interesting."

Orange is the New Black Season 3 is expected to being streaming in Summer 2015 on Netflix. Seasons 1 and 2 are currently available for streaming on the site.
