It looks as though LuAnn de Lesseps is making some overdue changes in her life. The Real Housewives of New York star is selling her Hamptons home for a cool $8.5 million, but she's not ready to give it up just yet.

According to Reality Tea, Lesseps doesn't plan on putting her home on the market until the summer is over as she has the home rented out for the entire summer. The Bridgehampton abode, which Lesseps received as part of her divorce settlement, boasts a tennis court and a pool. The reality star hasn't specified why she is getting rid of the house, though, other than to make a profit of it.

Meanwhile, there have been rumors suggesting that the former Countess might be getting her own spinoff show. Lesseps has apparently been receiving a lot of offers on several different networks to star on her own show.

According to gossip blog Naughty by Nice Rob, Lesseps is no longer under contract with Bravo and other networks have been vying to get her signed on with a new reality show. So far, she's received a lot of offers to do her own Martha Stewart-type lifestyle show. However, insiders close to the reality television star might hope that Bravo will sign her back on full-time as Real Housewives of New York has seen its ratings plummet this season.
