Speaking to E! ahead of the season two premiere, the fashionista revealed how excited he was about joining his friends as they indulged in their rich lifestyles, with expensive meals, major shopping sprees and lavish trips.

However, he also revealed that his addition only helped to amp up the drama between the cast-something that he thinks is cute, because they're all the ones which act that way.

"I'm super excited, I always have fun with everyone," Johnson said. "It's been great and I've been enjoying myself a lot. Of course there's always drama but we're always doing the most so it's cute."

Johnson, the son of Magic Johnson, joins 25-year-old Dorothy Wang (net worth $10 million), 25-year-old Morgan Stewart (net worth $5 million), 25-year-old Brendan Fitzpatrick (net worth $500K), 25-year-old Jonny Drubel (net worth $800K) and Roxy Sowalty (net worth $100K).

The season is set to premiere with the group's trip to China, where they'll not only encounter some different types of cuisine, but see some major blowouts as well.

A preview clip for the episode shows Wang and Sowalty both teary-eyed, and a major meltdown by Stewart after boyfriend Fitzpatrick appears to threaten ending their relationship.

"This isn't working and you need to f-king think about it," he says in the clip.

Rich Kids of Beverly Hills premieres Sunday, August 3 at 10 p.m. on E!
