Benzino and Althea Heart might be in wedding planning bliss right now, but a Love & Hip Hop Atlanta trailer discloses they had a huge disagreement about signing a prenup because she wants a piece of his successful business.

In the clip Benzino introduces the aspiring singer to a crowd of people and she gives a sultry performance. During her show, Benzino vents to Kirk Frost and makes it clear he wants a prenuptial agreement with his soon-to-be wife.

Frost agrees and says, "You gotta get a prenup."

Benzino wastes no time in talking to Heart about the papers.

He tells her after her performance, "You know I love you, right? But... prenup."

Heart asks, "Prenup what?" before insisting she wasn't going along with it.

Heart later reveals to Rasheeda and Dawn that the reason why she doesn't want to sign a prenup is because she wants to become part owner of Benzino's successful magazine Hip Hop Weekly.

The prenup ordeal might not be a huge factor in their marriage considering Benzino consistently proves he is head over heels in love with Heart.

In an unseen clip of Monday's episode of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Benzino gifts Heart with an upgraded diamond engagement ring, before unveiling a stomach tattoo of Heart's body.

He told her, "This is really a special moment. I love you dearly. You really made me understand what love is. This happens to be the best moment of my life with her and I really mean that. I love you to death. There's nothing that I wouldn't do for you."
