Country musician Keith Urban has often admitted to bringing his wife, actress Nicole Kidman (Stoker, Grace of Monaco), and daughters out on tour with him, but the singer's July 26 concert proved to be no place for young children.

While alcohol proved to be a severe problem at the concert, Fox reported on Thursday that a 17-year-old girl was has now come forward claiming that she was raped on the lawn during the the performance.

The 17-year-old girl and 18-year-old Sean Murphy were reportedly seen partaking in what appeared to be a consensual encounter by other attendees at the concert. Some even stood around taking photos. Afterwards the teen was asked about the incident and police were called when the girl claimed that she had not consented to engage in sexual relations with Murphy. According to police, both the girl and Murphy were intoxicated during the performance.

Murphy has pled not-guilty to the crime and bail has been set for $10,000. He is expected to appear in court on September 25, 2015.

At present Urban has not publicly commented on the incident, though he did state in a July 26 Fox interview that the concert had gotten "nutso," with 46 people treated on site for alcohol related problems and 22 were taken to the hospital as a result.

By the end of the evening, over 50 attendees had been placed in protective custody by the authorities.
