Austin Mahone is feeling blessed after kicking off his summer headlining tour last week. With stops in San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix and now Los Angeles, Mahone is thanking his "Mahomies" for their support.

Austin Mahone Reveals Pre-Show Rituals As Concert Kicks Off

After last night's Los Angeles concert, Mahone took to his Twitter account to express his gratitude for the experience. "Performing at the Nokia Theater tonight was amazing!! I never thought I would be there. So blessed."

Mahone just started his summer headlining tour with opening acts The Vamps, Fifth Harmony and Shawn Mendes. Being in a different city every night is hard, but luckily the 18-year-old singer has some pre-show rituals he does every night to keep himself grounded.

"I like to take some time to listen to music and get in the zone," Mahone told Radio Disney on Friday about his pre-concert rituals. "I like to drink a lot of water and then we always have a group prayer that we get into to hype each other up. Then we go out there and have fun on stage."

Mahone's next concert stop is July 31 in Las Vegas, followed by August 2 in San Jose, California.

After that, Mahone has to start getting ready for the Teen Choice Awards. Mahone is nominated for five awards in total including Choice Male Artist, Choice Male Hottie and Choice Smile. For Choice Male Artist, Mahone is competing against Justin Timberlake, Jason Derulo, Pharrell Williams, Pitbull and Ed Sheeran. In the coveted Male Hottie category, Mahone is up against heavy hitters Zac Efron, One Direction, Ian Somerhalder, Ryan Gosling and Liam Hemsworth.

The Teen Choice Awards will air August 10 on Fox.
