As rumors swirl that Beyonce is ready to end her marriage, new reports claim that Jay Z can't wait to call it quits after their On the Run tour ends.

An insider said Thursday, "Let's leave it at it's only a matter of time (until they split.) It's so obvious now it's embarrassing. Around the time the tour ends, they'll make a choice on whether they want to separate or admit trouble. Jay is so over it."
They also added that Beyonce and Jay Z have had issues for years, before anyone ever raised their eyebrows at their relationship. Now, they stay together for the sake of their image.

"They're performers. And they're good performers. It's a business now, and they are business partners. And they don't even fight. They know what it is...They are both advised on how to look like they're together.
"A negative report comes out, or a breakup report comes out, and they are advised to post a picture with Blue Ivy."
That certainly seems to be the pattern for the Single Ladies singer. She posted a picture on Instagram Thursday of Jay Z kissing her on the cheek while she smiles. She captioned it, "Thank you Seattle."
She also gave her famous husband a shoutout Tuesday. In the picture Jay Z is carrying their 2-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, on the beach. Their backs are turned and Blue Ivy is sporting a large sun hat.
Beyonce wrote, "My favorite hue is JayZ Blue".
The couple is slated to end their tour in Paris, France next month.
