While The Expendables 3 is making news with piracy, Lionsgate decided to post one final trailer to entice those who didn't illegally download the film to watch it in theaters.

What Does The Torrent Leak Of 'Expendables 3' Mean For Its Box Office Numbers?

The next installment in The Expendables franchise finds the mercenary group, led by Barney Ross (Sylvester Stallone), coming face to face with the team's co-founder Conrad Stonebanks (Mel Gibson). Ross was forced to kill Stonebanks after he became a ruthless arms trader, but Stonebanks survived and has now made it his mission to destroy the Expendables. Ross resorts to recruiting a new and younger generation of Expendables to help the team overcome his old adversary.

The new trailer keeps a similar tone as the last few with the team showing off the massive amounts of action that will take place, but it also highlights more of the plot that seems to center around Stonebanks capturing part of Ross' team. It looks like Gibson could be a fun ride as the film's villain and the action looks just as insane as the previous films.

Torrent Leak Of 'Expendables 3' Happens 3 Weeks Before Release Date

Piracy problem aside, the film should still perform well based on the fact that watching the action on the big screen is worth the price of admission.

The film features most of the cast from the previous two movies with Kelsey Grammer, Ronda Rousey, Glen Powell, Kellan Lutz, Harrison Ford, Antonio Banderas, Mel Gibson, Victor Ortiz, Robert Davi, and Wesley Snipes joining the cast for the very first time.

The Expendables 3 is written by Stallone, Creighton Rothenberger, and Katrin Benedikt with Patrick Hughes directing. Stallone directed the first two installments. The film will hit theaters on August 15.
