He reportedly narrowly escaped serious charges while filming his show's second season in Athens, Georgia, but that hasn't stopped Party Down South star Ryan 'Daddy' Richards from getting pumped up about his show's upcoming third season.

Lil' Bit Plays A Trick On Lyle?

TMZ reported July 31 that Richards, 33, had been investigated for possible rape charges while filming after a woman claimed she had been handed an open beer at the cast house and later woke up naked in bed with him, and a camera in her face.

The woman reportedly went to a hospital the next day and a nurse concluded that there was evidence of a sexual assault, which launched an investigation and review of 20 hours of footage, as well as interviews with the cast and crew, cops determined the woman was conscious and partying along with everyone else-resulting in Richards being cleared of the accusations.

Cast Of 'Party Down South' Heads To Pensacola?

"We conducted a very thorough investigation and determined no crime had occurred," Maj. Mark Sizemore, commanding officer of the Centralized Criminal Investigations Division told The Athens Banner-Herald.

Though the news has just broken about the investigation on him, Richards doesn't seem bothered by the fact that he narrowly escaped the possibility of rape charges, as he has expressed non-stop excitement about reuniting with his fellow cast members in Los Angeles, as they potentially begin prepping for their third season.

"D-n I am so ready for season three I don't know what town we are going to all I know is ima get dat b-ch crunk!!!" he wrote on his official Facebook page July 30.

Party Down South airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. on CMT.
