Diver Tom Daley won two gold medals at the Commonwealth Games four years ago, and he picked up another this past weekend at this year's game in Scotland.

Dustin Lance Black And Tom Daley Make First Red Carpet Appearance

On Sunday, The Daily Mail reported that, as he won the gold medal, his boyfriend Dustin Lance Black was present cheering him on.

Daley, who is 20, only came out in 2013, but he and Black, who is 40, went public with their relationship last year, and they evidently moved in together a few months ago. While Daley is a successful diver, diving is not necessarily the most prominent of occupations. Black, however, has a slightly more public profile due to his work.

Black is a screenwriter who is perhaps best known for writing the film Milk, about the gay political activist Harvey Milk. The script won Black an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay. Black, who was raised Mormon, also worked on the TV show Big Love, and wrote the film J. Edgar, about former head of the FBI J. Edgar Hoover, who was portrayed by Leonardo DiCaprio in the movie.

Daley now has two Commonwealth gold medals, and one Olympic bronze medal, in the 10 meter platform, and, given his age, he will likely be making an appearance in at least one more Olympics. Black, meanwhile, was hired to adapt the Green Day musical American Idiot from the stage to the screen. Both these gentleman are having quite a bit of success currently, in both their professional and personal lives.
