In a recent interview while promoting Michael Bay's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Megan Fox spoke about the possibility of her featuring in Transformers 5.

Sequel To Transformers 4: Age of Extinction Might Not Be Made?

Speaking to E!News in an interview dated August 4, the actress revealed that she would be interested in coming back on board if she was asked.

"If [Bay] ever wanted me to do a cameo like assembling an autobot motorcycle in a bike shop or something like that, I would totally do it," Fox said.

There had also been talk of a rift between her and Bay which caused her being dropped from the third movie in the franchise, but it seems like the two are best pals again and he was instrumental in getting her a part in the reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

"I knew it would blow people's minds," Fox said. "But we had been talking behind the scenes. No one knew. Mike and I have a special relationship. I love Mike and I've always loved Mike. He was really instrumental in casting me in [Ninja Turtles] actually. I owe this movie to him."

Transformers 4: Age of Extinction did really well at the box office, it was largely panned by the critics, and while Fox spoke about Ninja Turtles being a thrill ride and not about serious acting she also seemed to be addressing the criticism Age of Extinction received.

"Even though a lot of people frown upon these kind of movies-they're like, 'It's not serious acting'-I don't f--king care," she said. "I love it. I have fun and that's what life is about. You're supposed to have fun. You don't have to be a tortured artist."

Transformers: Age of Extinction hit theaters on June 27, 2014.
