Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell are slowly making their way past cheating and break-up rumors, and the less speculation swirls the more public the two appear to be with their affection.

On Tuesday Ferrell posted a cozy pic of her and Galavis on Twitter, along with a few birthday wishes for her beau.

"Happy Birthday to my other half," wrote ABC's The Bachelor winner. "Thank you for being an amazing, loving, and patient man. #birthdayboy".

Galavis reposted the photo and message on his own page later that day. On Monday the former soccer player announced plans for an August 7 "birthday bash" at the Flamingo Theatre Bar in Miami, Fla. Doors for the event open at 11 p.m. and it looks like Galavis is counting on the event going late into the night.

Cheating allegations first surfaced after Galavis was photographed dancing with other women in an Atlantic City club while Ferrell was away visiting family in Colorado. The couple let the rumors circulate for a few days before openly standing against them, insisting that they are still "happy" and together.

Galavis and Ferrell have been side by side all week long and it is more than likely that Ferrell will be present at this week's birthday celebration. After nearly a month of not being seen together, the pair recently released a series of photos showing them together with Galavis' young daughter in an attempt to quash talk of a split.
