Apparently, Bravo execs are not only hoping that Frankel will come back, but her former frenemy Jill Zarin as well. Both ladies have been looking to get back on the small screen with the Housewives franchises as they've failed to make their mark on other projects.

According to Radar Online, a source said on Wednesday, "Bethenny has been in formal talks with Bravo to return to RHONY. Bravo has told Bethenny she could return as a special guest star, which wouldn't require as much filming, which is appealing to her."

The source added, "Producers need to shake up the cast because the ratings have plummeted. They are also exploring the prospect of bringing Bethenny's frenemy, Jill Zarin back. Recently Jill appeared on ABC's Wife Swap and fans on social media have been asking for her to return."

Meanwhile, it looks like Frankel is trying to reinvent herself as well. The former talk show host is now giving her tips to young women who are looking to succeed in business and follow her footsteps as an entrepreneur.

Just recently, the SkinnyGirl mogul was in Charlotte, North Carolina where she spoke to fans and offered her five tips on how to become successful in business.

According to the Charlotte Observer posted on Friday, Frankel said that her best secret is keeping her family first and close. "When they're sleeping at night or they're with their friends, that's when you do your work," she said.
