She might be in the middle of a heated court battle with her ex-husband Jason Hoppy, but it looks like Bethenny Frankel is ready to leave the drama behind her and take the plunge once again. Rumor has it that her boyfriend Michael Cerussi is set to propose to her.

According to a new report, Frankel is even on board with the possible proposal and engagement with her new beau.

"He's been telling pals that Bethenny is the one," an insider tells Life & Style, on Friday. "They've become very close since they started dating late last year. She met his mom; he's met her daughter Bryn - they've pretty much spent all summer by each other's side."

But it looks like there is one person that is still in the way before Frankel gets to tie the knot again - her ex-husband.

The source added, "They can't truly move forward in the relationship while Bethenny is still battling Jason."

Just last week, the couple was spotted enjoying a fun-filled day at a Hamptons amusement park along with Frankel's 4-year-old daughter Bryn. According to the Daily Mail, Frankel looked "carefree" as she carried her daughter while the couple enjoyed the park's rides and even whizzed down a pink slide together.

Cerussi, 34, was even seen wrapping Frankel protectively with his arms while the trio squeezed in a green car waiting for a ride to start.

Frankel even recently admitted that things are finally going great for her in her personal life as she shared a selfie on her Instagram account and wrote, "In a good place today - literally and figuratively."
